Who We Are

Spring Mountain Builders is a custom home builder based in Fairview, NC. Founder and licensed general contractor, Matthew Sugg, graduated from Appalachian State with a degree in Appropriate Technology and a special focus on green building science in 2012. Matthew spent several years working as a carpenter for a reputable green building and design firm in Asheville before realizing his dream of starting his own company. He brings his knowledge and experience with green building science to every project. We look forward to working with you.
